Postage:

A postage and packaging charge will be added to each order. All orders are sent out by courier with Courier Post. Charges are:
- Auckland $7.00
- Rest of New Zealand $13.00 (including PO Boxes and Rural delivery)
- Babylegs/CD Cards $5.00
- Australia $35.00
- Rest of World - Please contact us for costs

Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery within New Zealand, and up to 14 days for overseas delivery. If there is a change to this timeframe we will contact you.

Payment:

We accept New Zealand cheques, bank transfer and Visa and MasterCard. All cheques should be made payable to "3 Wise Monkeys".

Cheques: please print out the printable order form by clicking here, fill out the details and post to us.

Bank transfer: This option is available on the shopping cart and we will email you our bank account details on completion of your order.

Credit cards: Payment is made using PayMate Express. Since 2001 PayMate Express has been used by sellers in 37 countries for safe trading online for payments using Visa and MasterCard. Now recommended by Trade Me.
Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection. If you are not comfortable about ordering over the internet, please print the page out, fill out the details, and post to our address below or fax to +64 +9 528 6514.

Prices:

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and processed in New Zealand dollars, and include GST. You may convert the price to your currency by using the American Express currency calculator.

Returns and exchanges:

It is important to us at 3 Wise Monkeys that you are 100% happy with your purchase and we are more than happy to do returns and exchanges within 14 days from receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must be unused and in original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on all returns, this also includes returns due to manufacturing fault. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Back orders:

If you are notified that a garment has been put on back order please feel free to cancel or change your order at any time, or wait and the garment will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will always advise you how long this is going to take.

T-shirt care:

Wash only in a cold wash. Do not iron on or near the Logo on the front of the t-shirts. May shrink slightly if put in Dryer. For Red/White shirts, these will run if left for any length of time wet, or if they are washed in a warm wash, please make sure you dry as soon as possible.

T-shirt sizing:

Please note t-shirt sizes are quite large, please feel free to exchange t-shirts for smaller sizing, however being 100% cotton may shrink slightly

Privacy:

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors and customers. Under no circumstances will your data including email addresses be given to any third parties.
